Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintCraft's website, smart-contract interfaces, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms also incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2Nature of the Service

MintCraft provides a software platform and user interface to interact with the Solana blockchain and related smart contracts. Our Service includes tools for SPL token creation, token management (minting, burning, sending/airdropping, authority management, metadata updates), liquidity pool creation and management on decentralized protocols, and related blockchain operations.

What We Are

  • A software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides blockchain interaction tools
  • A service provider that charges fees for facilitating on-chain operations on your behalf

What We Are NOT

  • We do not sell, trade, exchange, or broker cryptocurrency, tokens, or digital assets of any kind
  • We do not take possession of, control, or have custody of your digital assets or wallet private keys
  • We do not operate as a cryptocurrency exchange, broker-dealer, money transmitter, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary
  • We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

Important: All blockchain transactions are irreversible and final once submitted and confirmed by the network. Network conditions, validator performance, mempool/MEV behavior, and third-party wallet or protocol performance are outside our control.

3Service Fees, Payments & Refunds

Service Fee Model

MintCraft charges service fees for providing the software tools and infrastructure that facilitate your on-chain operations. When you pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other fiat payment methods, you are paying exclusively for our service — you are NOT purchasing cryptocurrency, tokens, or any digital asset from us. We facilitate the creation, management, or operation you request using blockchain smart contracts, and the resulting tokens or on-chain actions belong entirely to you.

Payment Methods

  • Cryptocurrency (SOL): You may pay service fees directly in SOL from your connected wallet. Network (gas) fees are separate and paid directly to the Solana network.
  • Card Payments (Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay): Fiat payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By using card payments, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Card payments cover our service fee only. When you pay via card for features such as token creation, token burning, minting, sending, authority revocation, or metadata updates, we may sponsor the associated blockchain network (gas) fees on your behalf as part of the service.

Liquidity Features — Card Payments Not Available

Important: Card payments (credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are NOT available for liquidity pool creation or liquidity management features. These operations require significant amounts of SOL and tokens to be present in your wallet for initial liquidity deposits and network fees. You must transfer sufficient funds to your wallet independently before using liquidity features. MintCraft does not facilitate fiat-to-crypto conversion for liquidity purposes.

No Refunds

All fees — whether paid in SOL or via card — are non-refundable. This includes fees for failed, reverted, congested, or otherwise delayed transactions due to network conditions, smart contract errors, insufficient funds, or user error. Once a blockchain transaction is submitted, it cannot be reversed. Service fees cover the cost of providing our infrastructure and tools, regardless of the on-chain outcome. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed fraudulently may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Scope of Our Responsibility

MintCraft's responsibility is limited to the service we provide and the payments we collect. Specifically:

  • We are responsible for: delivering the blockchain service you request (e.g., token creation, minting, burning, pool creation) upon successful payment, maintaining the availability and functionality of our platform, and processing your payments accurately through our trusted payment provider, Stripe.
  • We are NOT responsible for: the security or contents of your wallet (whether external or created via Privy), your account credentials, the value or performance of tokens you create, the behavior of third-party protocols or wallet providers, or any losses resulting from compromised social media accounts, email accounts, or wallet credentials.

We have selected industry-leading partners — Privy for authentication and wallet infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing — specifically because of their robust security standards, compliance certifications, and proven track records. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the security of our platform and choose our partners carefully, the security of your personal accounts (social media, email, wallet credentials) remains your responsibility.

4Wallet Access & Authentication

MintCraft supports two ways to connect a wallet. Please read the section that applies to you. Sections marked "Own Wallet" apply only to users who connect an existing external wallet. Sections marked "Instant Wallet" apply only to users who create a wallet on MintCraft via social login or email.

🔒Option A: Your Own Wallet (External Wallet)

You may connect your own Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Coinbase Wallet, Backpack) to interact with the Service. When you use your own wallet:

  • Your wallet is fully managed by you and your chosen wallet provider. MintCraft has no access to, and does not store, your private keys or seed phrases.
  • We only receive your public wallet address to facilitate transactions. No personal information is required from you.
  • You sign every transaction yourself using your wallet's signing interface. MintCraft cannot initiate transactions on your behalf without your explicit approval.
  • No account is created on MintCraft. You connect, use the service, and disconnect at will.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, hardware devices, and recovery mechanisms. Your wallet's security depends on the wallet provider you use and how you safeguard your credentials.

Option B: Instant Wallet (Created on MintCraft via Privy)

MintCraft offers instant wallet creation through social login (Google, Twitter/X, Discord, GitHub) or email, powered by Privy, an industry-leading authentication and wallet infrastructure provider. When you sign in this way, Privy automatically creates a non-custodial Solana wallet for you.

How Your Instant Wallet Works — Private Key Security:

  • MintCraft does NOT store, view, access, or manage your private keys. All private key generation and storage is handled exclusively by Privy using secure cryptographic enclaves. At no point does any private key data pass through or reside on MintCraft's servers.
  • Privy wallets are fully non-custodial. Private keys are generated on your device and secured using tamper-proof cryptographic enclaves. Neither MintCraft nor Privy can reconstitute or access your private keys.
  • All wallet operations happen directly between you and Privy. When you sign a transaction, the signing request is processed within Privy's secure infrastructure — MintCraft does not intercept, read, or store any private key material during this process.
  • You can export your private key at any time. Navigate to your account settings on MintCraft to access Privy's wallet export feature. This allows you to retrieve your full private key and move your wallet to any external wallet application (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) whenever you choose. Your wallet is yours — you are never locked in.
  • MintCraft does not have custody of your assets. We cannot move, freeze, or access the funds in your instant wallet. Only you, through your authenticated session with Privy, can authorize transactions.

Why We Chose Privy: We selected Privy as our wallet infrastructure provider because of their industry-leading security architecture, including hardware-backed cryptographic enclaves, SOC 2 compliance, and a non-custodial design that ensures no single party (including Privy themselves) can access user private keys. This means your instant wallet is secured to the same standard as leading self-custody wallets, while offering the convenience of social login.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for securing the social media account or email address used to create your instant wallet. If someone gains unauthorized access to your Google, Twitter, Discord, GitHub, or email account, they could potentially access your instant wallet. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your social media and email accounts to add an extra layer of protection.

By using the instant wallet feature, you also agree to Privy's User Terms of Service and Privy's Privacy Policy.

5Platform Features & Services

MintCraft provides the following blockchain interaction tools. Each feature is subject to applicable service fees disclosed at the time of use:

  • Token Creation: Create Solana SPL tokens with configurable parameters (name, symbol, decimals, supply, authorities, metadata, and logo). Token images and metadata may be stored on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) for decentralized persistence.
  • Token Minting: Mint additional tokens to increase supply (requires retained mint authority).
  • Token Burning: Permanently destroy tokens from the supply. Burned tokens cannot be recovered.
  • Token Sending / Airdrop: Distribute tokens to multiple wallet addresses in bulk via CSV upload or manual entry.
  • Authority Management: Revoke mint authority, freeze authority, or metadata update authority to make tokens immutable or limit future changes.
  • Metadata Updates: Update token name, symbol, description, logo, and social links on-chain.
  • Liquidity Pool Creation: Create liquidity pools on Raydium (CPMM or CLMM) with configurable fee tiers, price ranges, and initial liquidity. These features interact directly with Raydium's on-chain smart contracts.
  • Liquidity Management: Add liquidity to, remove liquidity from, and manage positions in existing pools.

All features interact with the Solana blockchain and/or third-party decentralized protocols. MintCraft does not control these protocols and is not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior.

6Eligibility, Compliance & Sanctions

You represent and warrant that you:

  • are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
  • are legally permitted to use the Service under all applicable laws;
  • are not subject to trade or economic sanctions, and are not a resident, citizen, organized in, or ordinarily located in any jurisdiction embargoed, sanctioned, or otherwise restricted by applicable authorities (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, and the Russian Federation);
  • will not use the Service to conduct or promote any illegal activity (including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, securities violations, or sanctions evasion);
  • will provide accurate information when creating an account or authenticating via social login or email.

We may (but are not obligated to) geo-block or restrict access where required by law.

7Your Responsibilities

All Users

Regardless of which wallet type you use, you are solely responsible for:

  • verifying contract addresses, token parameters, pool configurations, and transaction details before signing or confirming;
  • ensuring sufficient SOL balance in your wallet for network fees and, for liquidity features, initial liquidity deposits;
  • paying all network (gas) fees and any service fee shown prior to confirmation;
  • your tax obligations arising from on-chain activity, including token creation, trading, and liquidity provision;
  • compliance with all applicable laws, including securities/commodities regulations, consumer protection laws, anti-money laundering (AML) rules, and marketing laws applicable to any token you create, distribute, promote, or provide liquidity for;
  • understanding that actions such as burning tokens, revoking authorities, and removing liquidity are irreversible and may result in permanent loss of value.

If You Use Your Own Wallet (External Wallet)

  • Securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, hardware devices, and recovery mechanisms is entirely your responsibility.
  • MintCraft has no access to your private keys and cannot recover your wallet or funds under any circumstances.

If You Use an Instant Wallet (via Privy)

  • Securing the social media account (Google, Twitter/X, Discord, GitHub) or email address linked to your wallet is essential. This is your primary access credential.
  • We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on the social media or email accounts linked to your wallet. Many wallet providers (e.g., Phantom) also offer additional security features — take advantage of them.
  • We recommend exporting your private key (available in your account settings) and storing it securely as a backup. This ensures you can access your wallet even if the MintCraft platform is unavailable.
  • If you lose access to your linked social/email account, neither MintCraft nor Privy can recover your wallet or funds.

8Assumption of Risk

Important Risk Warning:

You understand and accept the inherent risks of blockchain systems, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi), including without limitation: software bugs; vulnerabilities; exploits; consensus failures; chain reorganizations; network congestion; slippage and MEV; price volatility; permanent loss of assets; impermanent loss in liquidity pools; illiquidity; rug-pulls and market manipulation by third parties; phishing or malware; smart contract failures in third-party protocols (including Raydium); and regulatory changes that may affect the legality or value of tokens or DeFi activities.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service, any tokens you create or interact with, and any liquidity pools you create or participate in. MintCraft is not responsible for losses resulting from the inherent risks of blockchain technology or decentralized protocols.
